Founded and led by artist Theaster Gates, Rebuild Foundation is a platform for art, cultural development, and neighborhood transformation. Rebuild Foundation’s projects support artists and strengthen communities by providing free arts programming, creating new cultural amenities in the Southside and beyond. Their mission is to demonstrate the impact of innovative, ambitious and entrepreneurial arts and cultural initiatives.
With the support of Nike, Saint Alfred was able to feature the Rebuild Foundation and each of their artist partners to bring awareness to the work that they do and the impact they have on their communities.
