Part-Time Sales Associate
Saint Alfred is looking for a hard-working, product-knowledgeable individual with superb customer service skills, a sense of urgency, and a solid work ethic. In addition, a good candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers and spending long periods on the sales floor to answer questions about merchandise or services.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers when they enter the store
- Suggesting merchandise
- Providing product expertise
- Ringing up customers at the cash wrap
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and people skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledgeable of the latest trends in streetwear, outerwear, and sneakers
- The ability to excel in a team environment
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays
- Motivated and result-driven
- Basic math skills
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
